FACILITY RULES

  • New rules and procedures relating to COVID-19 can be found on our homepage here.
  • All guests must check in prior to entry, including those who are not participating but are accompanying others into the climbing area.
  • Anyone entering and using the facility must sign a waiver; minors must have a parent/legal guardian read and sign the waiver.
  • Shirts and indoor shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Fire exits must be left clear.
  • Personal belongings must be kept in designated areas.
  • No running or roughhousing.
  • Remove outdoor shoes at the door.

BOULDERING RULES

  • No bouldering beyond marked bouldering holds.
  • Boulder within your personal limits.
  • No personal belongings or climbing equipment on bouldering mats.
  • Do not sit or stand on any part of the pads when you are not climbing – these are all fall zones.
  • Be aware of climbers above and around you.
  • Do not climb on top of boulders.
  • No glass in climbing area.
  • No adjustments to walls or climbing holds. Please ask for assistance from a staff member if a hold has spun, shifted, or become compromised on the wall.
  • Training equipment must remain in training area.
  • Only authorized personnel may coach or train others at Bolder Climbing Community
  • No children under the age of 10 allowed in the training area
  • No food or beverages on the climbing pads or padded seating cubbies. Water is allowed in the main climbing area.
  • No climbing under the influence of alcohol or drugs, staff may ask anyone believed to be under the influence to leave immediately at their discretion.
  • Do not wear rings or loose jewelry while climbing.
